Predmet istraživanja u okviru ove doktorske disertacije su saobraćajne nezgode tipa nalet vozila na pešaka. Brzina vozila i daljina odbačaja pešaka su osnovni parametri u analizi saobraćajnih nezgoda ovog tipa. Dosadašnja istraživanja su pokazala da postoji jaka korelativna veza između ova dva parametra. Svi postojeći modeli za predikciju naletne brzine vozila se baziraju na poznavanju daljine odbačaja pešaka. Međutim, daljina odbačaja pešaka često nije poznata zbog toga što se ne može pouzdano utvrditi pozicija primarnog kontakta ili zaustavna pozicija tela pešaka nakon naleta. Kod ovog tipa saobraćajnih nezgoda, tragovi na pešacima se manifestuju kao povrede, a na vozilima ostaju kontaktni tragovi i oštećenja. Svetska zdravstvena organizacija je razvila AIS vrednosnu skalu za kodiranje povreda učesnika u saobraćajnim nezgodama. Po ugledu na AIS skalu, jedan od zadataka u okviru ove disertacije jeste formiranje ordinalne skale, kojom će se kodirati oštećenja na vozilu. Cilj doktorske ...disertacije jeste da se uspostavi jasna korelacija između oštećenja na vozilu i naletne brzine na pešaka i utvrdi zavisnost između skaliranog intenziteta oštećenja na vozilu i daljine odbačaja tela pešaka, odnosno naletne brzine vozila.
The subject of research within this dissertation is traffic accidents such as vehicle collisions with pedestrians. Vehicle velocity and pedestrian throw distance are the basic parameters in the analysis of traffic accidents of this type. Previous research has shown that there is a strong correlation between these two parameters. All existing models for predicting the impact velocity of vehicles are based on knowledge of the throw distance of the pedestrian. However, the throw distance of a pedestrian is often unknown because the position of the primary contact or the stopping position of the body of the pedestrian after the collision cannot be reliably determined. In this type of traffic accident, traces on pedestrians are manifested as injuries, and contact traces and damage remain on vehicles. The World Health Organization has developed an AIS value scale for coding injuries to participants in traffic accidents. Following the example of the AIS scale, one of the tasks within this dis...sertation is the formation of the ordinal scale, which will coded the damage to the vehicle. The aim of this dissertation is to establish a clear correlation between vehicle damage and impact velocity on pedestrian and to determine the relationship between the scaled intensity of vehicle damage and the distance of the pedestrian body, more precisely - impact vehicle velocity.
