Идеолошки утицаји европског фашизма на југословенске интегралистичке покрете радикалне деснице у међуратном периоду : (1921-1941)

Abstract

Предмет истраживања овог рада је настанак и развој идеологије фашизма у Европи и утицај европских фашистичких покрета на формирање идеологија политичких организација ОРЈУНА, БОЈ, Југословенска акција и ЈНП Збор, са освртом на улогу и активности ових организација у политичком животу Краљевине Југославије. Хронолошки оквир истраживања обухвата време између 1921 и 1941 г. у коме се кроз деловање поменутих политичких организација под утицајем европских фашистичких покрета развијала специфична идеологија радикалне деснице интегрално југословенског усмерења. У композицији овог рада примењен је, поред основног историографског метода, комбиновани приступ истраживања основних идеолошких постулата југоинтегралистичке радикалне деснице са компаративним приказом идеолошких система савремених европских фашистичких покрета. У уводном поглављу рада дефинисане су идејне основе фашистичке идеологије (контрареволуционарна мисао, расизам, антисемитизам и антиматеријалистичка критика марксизма Жоржа Сорела). У другом поглављу под насловом Организација југословенских националиста - ОРЈУНА изложени су настанак, идеолошке основе и улога овог покрета у дневно политичком животу Краљевине СХС. Централну тему овог поглавља представља идеологија ОРЈУНЕ тј. процес њеног настанка и модификације под утицајем идеологије италијанског фашизма и немачког национал социјализма. Посебан нагласак стављен је на проучавање спецификума идеологије ОРЈУНЕ - теорију интегралног југословенства и идеолошке утицаје националсоцијализма и италијанског фашизма оличене у усвајању концепта корпоративне државе, експанзионизма (пројекат Велике Југославије) и анти клерикализма. Посеба пажња посвећена је усвајању фашистичке концепције директне акције тј. праксе спровођења систематског физичког терора над политичким неистомишљеницима. У трећем поглављу Југословенска акција и Борачка организација Југославије изложене су идеолошке концепције ова два покрета као и њихова улога у политичком животу Краљевине Југославије Ове две политичке организације усвојиле су идеолошке фундаменте ОРЈУНЕ којима су придодати одређени идејни утицаји немачког национал-социјализма (концепт “сељачке државе“), италијанског фашизма (концепт “новог човека“) и француских филофашистичких ветеранских покрета. У четвртом поглављу Југословенски народни покрет Збор изложен је процес формирања идеологије ЈНП Збор као и улога овог покрета у политичком животу Краљевине Југославије. У посебним подпоглављима представљени су идеолошки утицаји Француске Акције (монархизам, клерикализам, сталешко државно уређење, критика политичког легата Француске револуције), италијанског фашизма (критика марксизма и корпоративизам), Салазарове Патриотске уније (“корпоративизам удруживања“) и немачког национал-социјализма (расизам и антисемитизам) У петом поглављу - закључку сумирани су резултати истраживања. Закључак следи поглавље Биографске слике у коме су изложене биографије најзначајнијих идеолога југоинтегралистичке радикалне деснице.

This paper aims to examine and to analyse the origins and development of the fascist ideology in Europe and the influences that the European fascist movements exercised on the ideology of political organizations such as the Organization of Yugoslav Nationalists (ORJUNA), Association of Fighters of Yugoslavia (BOJ), Yugoslav Action (JA) and the Yugoslav National Movement Zbor ( JNP ZBOR), paying special attention to the role and the activities of these organizations in the political life of the Kingdom of Yugoslavia. The time frame for this research is the period from 1921 to 1941, when the above mentioned political organizations, influenced by European fascist movements, devised and shaped a specific extreme right-wing ideology with integrationist Yugoslav orientation. In addition to the general historiographic methodology applied in it, this paper is composed by means of a combined approach to the examination of fundamental ideological premises of the Yugoslav integrationist extreme right-wing politics and a comparative study of ideological principles of modern European fascist movements. In the introductory chapter of this paper, fundamental tenets of the fascist ideology are defined (counter-revolutionary ideas, racism, anti-Semitism, and anti-materialist criticism of Marxist thought of Georges Sorel). In the second chapter, entitled ORJUNA – Organization of Yugoslav Nationalists, we set forth the origins, ideological basis and the role that this movement played in the political life of the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats, and Slovenes. This chapter is primarily focused on the issue of ORJUNA’s ideology, that is, the process of its creation and modification under the influence of the ideology of Italian Fascism and German National Socialism. Special attention is paid to the examination of idiosyncratic features of ORJUNA’s ideology, i.e. theory of Yugoslav integrationism and the ideological influences of National Socialism and Italian Fascism as manifested in the adoption of the notion of corporate statism, expansionism (the project of Great Yugoslavia) and anti-clericalism. Special focus is given to the adoption of the fascist idea of direct action, i.e. the organized practice of inflicting physical terror against political dissenters. In the third chapter, entitled Yugoslav Action and the Association of Fighters of Yugoslavia, we focus on the ideological assumptions of these two movements and their role in the political life of the Kingdom of Yugoslavia. These two political organizations assumed the ideological tenets affirmed by ORJUNA, which were further shaped in specific concepts influenced by German National Socialism (the notion of peasant state), Italian Fascism (the notion of New Man) and French philo-fascist veteran movements. In the fourth chapter, entitled Yugoslav National Movement Zbor, we focus on the process of creation of the ideology of the organization ZBOR and the role that this movement played in the political life of the Kingdom of Yugoslavia. In sub-chapters attention is respectively paid to ideological influences exerted by the Action Française (monarchism, clericalism, class-based state, criticism of the political legacy of the French Revolution), Italian Fascism (criticism of Marxism and corporate statism), Salazar’s National Union (corporatism of associations) and German National Socialism (racism and anti-Semitism). In the fifth chapter, as the conclusion, the results of the research are summarized. At the end, conclusion is followed by the chapter entitled Biographical Pictures, which includes biographies of most prominent ideologues of the Yugoslav integrationist right-wing movement.
