Abstract

Recidivism of juvenile offenders in our professional literature unexplored socially negative phenomena.This is also a great discrepancy in terms of the percentage of representation of recidivism of juvenile offenders in overall crime.This dissertation is just an attempt to set the important issues of juvenile recidivism of offenders analyzed from different angles.The dissertation consists of chapter IX.T I chapter is related to the general discussion on juvenile crime (characteristics and types of juvenile crime and the characteristics of the criminal proceedings against juveniles). II chapter points out the concept and the legal nature of recidivism, which encompassed the criminal law, criminology and penology aspect of recidivism. Historical development of recidivism is seen in the III chapter. Returned (recidivism) in comparative criminal law is seen in the IV chapter. The typology of returnees is processed within the V section. In the VI chapter emphasizes the recidivism of juvenile offenders in the performance of certain crimes. Criminological aspects of recidivism of juvenile perpetrators of criminal acts are elaborated in chapter VII. VIII chapter points to the criminal policies of juvenile recidivism based on analysis of statistical indicators of juvenile crime in the period 2006 -2012.The most important part of the work - an empirical study that was performed in the VPD Kruševac and KPZ Valjevo detail was seen in the IX chapter of the dissertation. In concluding remarks, summarizes the work and the proposed measures and recommendations to improve the work in this area.
