dc.description.abstractEfikasnost predstavlja preduslov za opstanak svake rudarske kompanije, posebno u uslovima izuzetno konkurentnog trţišnog okruţenja kao što je to rudarska industrija. Efikasnost oznaĉava sposobnost kompanije da ispuni svoje kratkoroĉne ili dugoroĉne ciljeve. Operativna efikasnost se definiše kao odnos izmeĊu ulaznih parametara potrebnih za odvijanje proizvodnje i pokazatelja dobijenih proizvodnjom. U kontekstu rudarskog poslovanja, operativna efikasnost se odnosi na vreme potrebno da se mineralno dobro transformiše u novĉana sredstva. Visoka operativna efikasnost se postiţe kada se ostvari prava kombinacija karakteristika mineralnog leţišta, ljudskih resursa, tehnologije eksploatacije i tehnologije pripreme mineralnih sirovina kako bi se optimizovale performanse eksploatacije. Operativna efikasnost se odnosi na pronalaţenje najboljeg naĉina eksploatacije u proizvodnji mineralnog dobra. Ona omogućava menadţmentu rudarske kompanije da poveća produktivnost, poveća profitabilnost, poboljša konkuretnost kompanije, iskoristi kapacitete i omogući kompaniji rast odnosno povećanje njene buduće vrednosti. Rudarske kompanije primenjuju razliĉite strategije kako bi realizovale svoje unapred definisane ciljeve. Jedan od najvaţnijih elemenata u poslovanju menadţmenta jeste prognoza koji su to realni ciljevi i procena sposobnosti kompanije da ih ostvari. Planeri nastoje da naprave prognozu ponašanja ulaznih promenljivih unutar proizvodnog okruţenja kao i da naprave prognozu kako dostići do ţeljenih stanja. Oni kreiraju svoje strategije na osnovu realnih ciljeva proisteklih iz prognoza. Prognoza se zasniva na istorijskim i trenutnim pokazateljima proizvodnje, tj. na brojĉanim pokazateljima poslovanja. dc.description.abstractEfficiency is a prerequisite for the survival of every mining company, especially in high competitive market environment such as mineral resource industry. Efficiency signifies company‘s ability to meet its short or long-term goals. Operational efficiency is defined as the ratio between the input required to run production process and the output gained from the production. In the context of mining business, operational efficiency refers to the length of time until mineral assets are transformed to money. Peak operational efficiency occurs when the right combination of mineral deposit characteristics, human resources, mining technology, and mineral processing come together to optimize mining performance. Operational efficiency is related to finding the very best way of mining to produce a mineral asset. It enables management of the mining company to increase productivity, increase profitability, improve competitiveness, use freed-up capacity, and enable company to grow or increase its future market value. Mining company‘s management uses different strategies to reach their defined goals. One of the most important elements of a company‘s management operations is to forecast what goals are realistic and capability estimation of the company in order to achieve them. Planners try to forecast the behavior of the input variables of production environment and arrive at desirable states. They create their strategies on realistic targets drawn from these forecasts. A forecast is based on past and current production indicators, that is, business numbers. It is very important to emphasize the forecasting acts serve as a basis for further planning. The forecasting process is performed in a specific environment. If we take into consideration the fact that the environment is changed over time then it is obvious that the forecasts and targets are changed as well.
