Испитивање ефикасности демонстративне наставне методе у описмењавању ученика са церебралном парализом

Abstract

Досадашња пракса у процесу описмењавања деце са церебралном парализом показала је да су се у наставном процесу користиле наставне методе које су више адекватне у процесу описмењавања деце у редовним школама. Међутим, моторичка ограничења, поремећај говора, перцепције, оријентације у времену и простору, пажње, памћења, код деце са церебралном парализом су чиниоци који отежавају процес описмењавања ове деце, па самим тим и указују на то да избор наставне методе која ће се примењивати у описмењавању ове деце не сме да подлеже логичким захтевима предмета, већ треба да буде примерема способностима и могућностима ове популације деце. Ово истраживање имало је за циљ да се на основу свестране анализе стања способности деце са церебралном парализом утврди ефикасност демонстративне наставне методе у описмењавању ове популације деце. У том циљу испитане су моторичке, интелектуалне, сазнајне и говорне способности ученика и корелиране са ефектима примене демонстративне наставне методе у процесу описмењавања деце са церебралном парализом. Узорак за ово истраживање чинило је 30 ученика нижих разреда (од првог до четвртог) који похађају школу за образовање деце са церебралном парализом ,, Миодраг Матић“ у Београду. Ефекти примене демонстративне наставне методе процењиване су на основу напредовања ученика у току другог полугодишта, а у односу на постигнућа у првом полугодишту исте школске године. Резултати овог истраживања су показали да су ученици више напредовали применом демонстративне наставне методе на свим сегментима усвајања градива српског језика у домену описмењавања, тј. брже су усвајали слова, напредовали су у процесу читања и писања, као и у усвајању општих појмова везаних за логичку структуру предмета. Истраживање је такође показало да способности ученика имају утицај на избор наставних метода, нарочито у случају када су оне изузетно оштећене.

Up to now practice in the process of teaching reading and writing skills of children with cerebral paralysis has indicated that the methods used in the teaching process were more adequate in the process of teaching reading and writing skills of children in regular schools. However, motoric limitations, disorder of speech, perception, orientation in time and space, attention, memory in children with cerebral paralysis are factors which make the process of teaching reading and writing skills of these children harder, which in itself shows that the choice of the teaching method which is going to be applied in the process of teaching reading and writing skills of these children cannot be the subject of logical requirements of a certain subject, but it rather should be adapted to capabilities and possibilities of this particular group of children. The aim of this research, based on overall analysis of the state of capability of children with cerebral paralysis, is to define the efficiency of demonstrative teaching method in teaching reading and writing skills of these children. With that aim motoric, intellectual, cognitive and speech capabilities of pupils have been examined and corelated with the effects of application of demonstrative teaching method in the process of teaching reading and writing skills of children with cerebral paralysis. The experimental group for this research consisted of thirty pupils of lower classes (from the first to the fourth) who attend the school for education of children with cerebral paralysis "Miodrag Matić" in Belgrade. The effects of demonstrative teaching method application have been evaluated based on the advancement of pupils during the second semester related to the results in the first semester of the same school year. The results of this research have demonstrated that pupils acquired more when being exposed to the demonstrative teaching method with all the elements of acquiring the curriculum of Serbian language in the domain of teaching reading and writing skills i.e. they acquired the letters faster, they made progress in the process of reading and writing as well as acquiring the general notions connected to the logical structure of the subject. This research has also sressed out that pupils' capabilities have an imapct on teaching method choice, especially in case when they are exceptionally damaged.
