Феномен зла у прози Миодрага Булатовића

Abstract

Зло је феномен о ком се много говори и који је присутан како у животу, тако и у уметности (посебно у књижевности). Поменути феномен покушавају да осветле многе науке (филозофија, психологија, социологија, веронаука и друге), али ни једној још увек није успело да га истражи до краја. Свака наука злу приступа са свог гледишта, ипак, све се оне укрштају у једној тачки: зло је рушилачка, мрачна сила која уништава све чега се дотакне. Оно може бити морално, природно, социјално: без обзира на врсту зла, сви облици су деструктивни и воде ка уништењу човека, духа, света. Због тога је главни циљ овог рада дефинисање феномена зла и истраживање истог у прозним делима Миодрага Булатовића. Првобитним увидом у грађу коју истражујемо, полазимо од чињенице да зло постоји, има више лица и облика, а ми ћемо конкретне мотиве зла (под које спадају злочин, патња, злурадост, порок, лаж, грех, подлост, слабост и тако даље) да пронађемо у романима и приповеткама Миодрага Булатовића. Све облике зла је веома тешко открити и оголити, стога ћемо се држати неких упечатљивих и често понављаних у Булатовићевој прози. Дисертација је условно подељена на два дела: у једном делу су разматране теоријске чињенице о феномену зла, а у другом делу смо се бавили поменутим мотивом истражујући га у прози Миодрага Булатовића. Рад је подељен на четири поглавља. У првом поглављу бавили смо се теоријским проучавањем феномена зла: одређивањем појма зла; осветљавањем феномена зла са различитих научних аспеката: психологије, филозофије, религије, етике, социологије; заједничким особинама зла као феномена у поменутим наукама; најзначајнијим облицима зла: злочином, патњом, злурадошћу, лажју, грехом, подлошћу, слабошћу, пороком. У другом поглављу бавили смо се уопштено прозом Миодрага Булатовића и његовим приповедачким поступцима (гротеском, пародијом, парадоксом, иронијом, онеобиченом перцепцијом); одређивањем места Булатовићеве прозе у српској књижевности – човек који је довео ђаволе; појавом зла као најдоминантнијег мотива у Булатовићевој прози. У трећем и уједно најобимнијем поглављу, бавили смо се истраживањем зла у приповеткама и романима Миодрага Булатовића: манифестовањем зла у ликовима, њиховим поступцима, међусобним односима, у времену и простору, природи, атмосфери; осветљавањем фигуре ђавола у књижевности и у прози Миодрага Булатовића; упоређивањем феномена зла са фигуром ђавола: да ли је то једно те исто; уочавањем на који начин ђаво дела кроз ликове и како их мења; истраживањем последица које зло изазива у свету Булатовићевих јунака; откривањем естетике ружног у прози Миодрага Булатовића. У последњем, закључном поглављу, сумирали смо резултате истраживања докторске дисертације, али и дали свој одговор на питања: због чега је зло код Булатовића толико привлачно и да ли се зло могло избећи? С обзиром да Булатовић у свом целокупном стваралаштву свет представља као људски пакао, а људе као демоне који без престанка теже уништењу, како других, тако и самих себе, одговор је да се зло никако није могло избећи, јер се оно увукло у сваку пору космоса. Булатовићева проза не би била тако иновативна, инспиративна, шокантна, интригантна, да зло као доминантан мотив не кулминира у њој. На крају смо закључили да ни код једног другог писца зло није тако привлачно као код Булатовића, баш зато што је до крајности огољено, пародирано, осветљено, како би нас што више саблазнило и опоменуло да ђаво никад не спава.

Evil is a phenomenon that is talked about a lot and which is present both in life and in art (especially in literature). Many sciences (philosophy, psychology, sociology, religious studies, etc.) are trying to shed light on the mentioned phenomenon, but none of them has yet managed to fully investigate it. Every science approaches evil from its own point of view, however, they all intersect at one point: evil is a destructive, dark force that destroys everything it touches. It can be moral, natural, social: regardless of the type of evil, all forms are destructive and lead to the destruction of man, spirit, world. Therefore, the main goal of this paper is to define the phenomenon of evil and research it in the prose works of Miodrag Bulatović. The initial insight into the material we are researching starts from the fact that evil exists, has many faces and shapes, and we will give specific motives for evil (which include crime, suffering, malice, vice, lies, sin, meanness, weakness, etc.) to we find it in the novels and short stories of Miodrag Bulatović. All forms of evil are very difficult to detect and expose, so we will stick to some striking and often repeated ones in Bulatović's prose. The dissertation is conditionally divided into two parts: in one part the theoretical facts about the phenomenon of evil are discussed, and in the other part we dealt with the mentioned motive, researching it in the prose of Miodrag Bulatović. The paper is divided into four chapters. In the first chapter, we dealt with the theoretical study of the phenomenon of evil: defining the concept of evil; illuminating the phenomenon of evil from various scientific aspects: psychology, philosophy, religion, ethics, sociology; common features of evil as a phenomenon in the mentioned sciences; the most significant forms of evil: crime, suffering, malice, lies, sin, deceit, weakness, vice. In the second chapter, we dealt in general with Miodrag Bulatović's prose and his narrative actions (grotesque, parody, paradox, irony, unusual perception); determining the place of Bulatović's prose in Serbian literature - the man who brought the devils; the appearance of evil as the most dominant motive in Bulatović's prose. In the third and at the same time the most extensive chapter, we researched evil in Miodrag Bulatović's short stories and novels: manifesting evil in characters, their actions, mutual relations, in time and space, nature, atmosphere; illuminating the figure of the devil in the literature and prose of Miodrag Bulatović; by comparing the phenomenon of evil with the figure of the devil: is it one and the same; by noticing the way the devil works through characters and how he changes them; researching the consequences that evil causes in the world of Bulatović's heroes; by discovering the aesthetics of the ugly in the prose of Miodrag Bulatović. In the last, concluding chapter, we summarized the results of the research of the doctoral dissertation, but also gave our answer to the questions: why is evil so attractive to Bulatović and could evil have been avoided? Considering that Bulatović represents the world as human hell in his entire work, and people as demons who constantly strive to destroy both others and themselves, the answer is that evil could not be avoided, because it crept into every pore of the cosmos. Bulatović's prose would not be so innovative, inspiring, shocking, intriguing, if evil as the dominant motive did not culminate in it. In the end, we concluded that no other writer's evil is as attractive as Bulatović's, precisely because it is extremely naked, parodied, illuminated, in order to offend us as much as possible and warn us that the devil never sleeps.
