dc.description.abstract | Izbor transportnih sredstava za potrebe vojnih jedinica važan je faktor koji utiče na pokretljivost jedinica, kao i na kvalitet izvršenja različitih namenskih transportnih zadataka u okviru dodeljenih misija. Ovaj rad se bavi rešavanjem višekriterijumskog problema izbora transportnih sredstava za potrebe vojnih jedinica koje se angažuju multinacionalnim operacijama, primenom metode Analitičkog hijerarhijskog procesa i Analize obavijanja podataka (DEA). Za ocenu pet usvojenih alternativa (terenskih vozila) primenjen je hibridni AHP-DEA model sa osam kriterijuma i dvadesetčetiri potkriterijuma. Rezultati dobijeni pomoću AHP metode koriste se kao višestruki izlazi u okviru definisanog DEA modela za izbor transportnih sredstava, na bazi kojeg se definišu efikasnosti alternativa i određuje njihov rang. Poređenjem ranga alternativa dobijenih AHP metodom i ranga alternativa dobijenih DEA modelom definiše se referentni rang alternativa hibridnog AHP-DEA modela za izbor transportnih sredstava. Dobijeni rezultati definisanog AHP-DEA modela proveravaju se analizom osetljivosti formiranjem različitih scenarija, dok se dodatna provera dobijenih rezultata vrši postupkom validacije korišćenjem novih BWM, BWM-DEA, AHP-MABAC i BWM-MABAC modela. Određivanje konačnog ranga alternativa hibridnog AHP-DEA modela za izbor transportnih sredstava zasniva se na poređenu referentnog ranga alternativa AHP-DEA modela i rangova alternativa koji su dobijeni u okviru postupka validacije dobijenih rezultata. Za utvrđivanje relacije između dobijenih rangova alternativa koristi se Spearmanov koeficijent korelacije rangova. | sr |
dc.description.abstract | Selection of transport vehicles used by army units is an important factor influencing unit mobility, as well as quality of performance of transportation tasks within the given missions. This paper deals with solving multicriteria problems of selecting transport vehicles used by army units engaged in multinational operations, by using the method of Analityc hieararchy process and Data envelopment analysis (DEA). For assesing five adopted alternatives (terrain vehicles) a hybrid AHP-DEA model with eight criteria and twenty-four subcriteria has been used. The results obtained by AHP method are used as multiple outputs within the defined DEA model for transport vehicles selection, which is used as a basis for defining efficiency of alternatives and their ranking. By comparing the ranking of alternatives produced via AHP method and the ranking of alternatives produced via DEA model a preferential ranking of alternatives of a hybrid AHP-DEA model for transport vehicles selection is defined. The results obtained by defined AHP-DEA model are checked by sensitivity analysis through different scenarios, while additional checking of obtained results is conducted through the process of validation using new BWM, BWM-DEA, AHP-MABAC and BWM-MABAC models. Defining the final alternative ranking of the hybrid AHP-DEA model for transport vehicles selection is based on comparison between preferential ranking of alternatives of a AHP-DEA model and alternative ranking gathered through the process of validation of obtained results. Spearman's rank correlation coefficient is used for defining the correlation between obtained alternative ranking. | en |
