dc.description.abstract | Numerical procedure for calculating the two-phase flow in the reverse waterhammer on hydropower plants, which often occurs in hydropower plants, is developed and presented in this dissertation. A homogeneous model of single-phase and two-phase compressive flows is used in which the flow and thermodynamic parameters are obtained by averaging the parameters of the liquid and gas phase per unit mass.
